The guidelines provide information on the data protection-compliant access to AI tools for all members of the Hochschule RheinMain. Through a dedicated web application, users can access ChatGPT, image-based AI, and DeepL translations using their HDS account. The service enables secure use of AI technologies in an academic context without personal data being transmitted to third parties. The main benefit lies in the legally secure and centralized provision of AI tools for teaching, research, and study.
