Description
The guideline provides comprehensive orientation for university administrations on the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. It examines legal frameworks such as the EU AI Act, supports with concrete steps for risk assessment and the development of internal guidelines, as well as staff awareness. The main benefit lies in practical support for introducing AI systems—from inventorying existing systems, process documentation, to utilizing frameworks and strategies from other universities. The goal is to leverage the potential of AI without neglecting legal, ethical, or societal requirements.
