The guideline provides comprehensive orientation for university administrations on the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. It examines legal frameworks such as the EU AI Act, supports with concrete steps for risk assessment and the development of internal guidelines, and includes practical examples. The main benefit lies in systematic support for introducing AI into administrative processes—from inventorying existing situations, raising awareness, to implementing practical applications. The goal is to leverage the potential of AI while simultaneously taking into account legal, ethical, and societal requirements.
