Goals

  • Pilot implementation and evaluation of AI solutions in six application areas of university administration (student advising, IT support, study orientation, search functions, administrative processes, document creation).
  • Analysis of the suitability and practical applicability of AI tools in the university context to improve daily administrative work.
  • Development of recommendations and practical implementation aids for the sustainable transfer of successful AI solutions to universities in Baden-Württemberg.
  • Promotion of digitalization, modernization, and bureaucracy reduction in university administration through the use of Artificial Intelligence.
