The AI Chatbot HAWKI is a modern, artificially intelligent service tool specifically developed for staff members of Thuringian universities. It is based on the powerful API of OpenAI (ChatGPT-4 Turbo) and offers a purely text-based interface, enabling users to ask questions easily and quickly—for example, regarding text creation, event planning, email formulation, or support with academic work. HAWKI is not just a chatbot, but an interactive assistant equipped with predefined prompts and specialized "assistants" tailored to typical tasks in university administration, teaching, and research.
